Grand work and restoration of flat in Austria

I was staying at friends ‚ house in Graz,Austria, a couple of years ago.The house looked like many of its era, tucked away in a small lane in historic Graz. The minute, I stepped in, I was wowed by the transformation inside. It was modernistic, functional with no sense of detail spared. Old parquet floors restored and a perfect marriage between old, and a  very modern interior, yet functional restoration. The architect  responsible was Dipl. Architekt Melbinger, whom I later contracted to restore my flat in Vienna in Schottenfeldgasse.  I highly recommend him for his knowledge, sense of detail and preservation of the visual and elegant historic details. It is no surprise, he won a UNESCO heritage prize.
